Meet Leila
Hello, I’m Leila. I could introduce myself as a mother, yoga teacher, holistic facialist and business owner. These roles are deeply meaningful to me, but they are not the whole of who I am. They are parts of the life I have been given to experience, learn from and share with others.
Beneath our names, responsibilities, achievements and changing circumstances, I believe there is something quieter and more constant within each of us: a place of awareness that remains present as we move through the many seasons of life.
My work is an expression of what I understand as my dharma, my purpose: to serve through movement, breath, intentional touch and meaningful connection. For me, purpose is not a grand destination or a title to earn. It is found in how we meet the person in front of us, how we care for the people we love, how we respond to the lessons life brings and how willingly we share what we have learned.
Yoga, therapeutic touch and teaching may appear to be separate parts of my work, but they all arise from the same intention: to create a space where people can slow down, listen inwardly and reconnect with themselves.
I do not believe that healing is something I can give to another person.
I believe I can offer the care, presence and conditions that allow someone to soften, receive and reconnect with their own capacity for wellbeing, sometimes that happens through movement. Sometimes through breath, stillness or the quiet language of touch.
You are more than
the roles you carry
Throughout life, we become parents, partners, teachers, carers, professionals and students.
These roles matter, but they do not contain the whole of who we are.
Through breath, movement and intentional touch, my work offers an invitation to pause beneath the noise of everyday life and reconnect with the quieter part of yourself that has always been present.
Touch is our first language. A quiet way of saying: you are safe, you are seen, and you are held.
Breathe.
Breathe, and create space.
Move.
Move, and listen inwardly.
Connect.
Connect, with yourself and the life unfolding around you.
